This solid bronze pendant is 1 1/2 inches long, and the cord is made of highest quality, strong and durable 2mm chocolate brown leather. 

The term Galilean Aramaic generally refers to the form of Jewish Palestinian Aramaic spoken by people in Galilee during the late Second Temple period, for example at the time of Jesus and the disciples.  The writing on this piece is as accurate to this dialect as we could be, and says "free".
